Snappade upp detta på MINI2, det verkar som om de gör små produktionsförändringar till JCW (nya caben R57 kommer att kunna fås som JCW) samt ändrar spec på Chili-paketet mm:
MINI2 has learned from sources inside MINI that there are significant changes coming to the MINI Model line up next year.
The MINI Convertible as you will no doubt have read on various Internet automotive sites over the weekend is being launched in the UK on March 28th 2009. Alongside the MINI Convertible will see a MINI One Clubman available for the first time.
MINI2 has also learned that the much awaitied MINI Convertible John Cooper Works (factory model) will be available from launch on March 28th. Another bonus for Works customers are that a leather and alcantara JCW steering wheel and JCW floor mats will come as standard.
2009 also sees some specification changes to the model line up, air conditioning will now be standard across the range, and on the road prices will inflate accordingly, there goes your VAT saving. There will be changes to the option packs to reflect this, The Chili pack for example will now give you auto aircon and basic bluetooth instead of the manual aircon previously offered (now standard).
