Några frågor

Har kollat runt efter en Mini ett tag men har ett par frågor.
Är det skillnad på nya och äldre 04-or? Dom nyare har diff och några fler hk? Hur ska man veta vilken som ä den nyare modellen?
Om dom har den tre ekrade ratten så ä det den nyare?
Vissa skriver att bilen har sportchassi, vad ä det för skillnader?
Vad ä det mer man ska se till att bilen har?

The older and new ("R56") are quite different. A totally different engine and a far more crash/pedestrian impact sensitive body. I think all models have approximately +5 on bhp.

The easiest way to spot the difference is to look at the front grill. An all in one grill above the bumper line is new R56. If the grill is split by the bumper then it's an older model. There are other visual clues but I think that's the most obvious ;) Two and three steering wheel spokes have been available for some time on all models.

Sportschassis changes are all performance oriented. I have not heard of any yet being available for the R56.

Whatever model (Cooper or S) always look for at least the CHILI Pack. If it's a One then you must have Salt (I think).

Sportchassi innebär vanligen 10 mm sänkning, och 1 mm grövre krängningshämmare.
